Visual Tasks
Fullscreen can now be set, along with VSync 
Ghosts are now visible to other ghosts (slightly transparent players)
Security Cameras now have a more static-y effect
Vents have a bit of an effect on them, as well as a popup on the top to show if you're in a vent

Death sound reaches a larger area

Fixed Admin Map
Some Doors are now moved with deltatime to account for higher FPS
Fixed Critical Sabs being disabled after a meeting
